Video Session

1. SIS Web Server Hosting

After discussion the Council supported the preparation of a proposal for Utility based SIS Web Servers.

2. Blackboard & Merlot

After discussion the Council accepted and recommended to ACOP shared enterprise Blackboard and Merlot services. Further study will determine if this is in-sourced to the Utility or out-sourced to Blackboard. Merlot does not have an outsourced option.

3. TCO Update

The Council supported an approach based upon reporting statement sent to the Seat Management office showing VCCS version of a seat management program. If not accepted then the TCO study would be done.
